Heathrow's Workforce Management Lead plays an important role in helping the business understand its workforce and capabilities, particularly through managing and optimising end-to-end workforce planning controls and governance. The role ensures that Heathrow knows who is in the business and what their skills and capabilities are, ensuring this information is available to guide strategic organisational decision making.

Responsibilities
Ensuring the organisational baseline remains updated, working with stakeholders across the People Team, Data Management and Finance to manage changes from approval to implementationEvolving Heathrow's organisational baseline tools and methodologies, driving simplification, automation, speed, accuracy and the availability of reportingOverseeing the upkeep and enhancement of Heathrow's organisational charts and job description repository, striving for uniformity and excellenceEmploying workforce analytics to uncover trends, patterns and potential areas for improvementContributing to the organisation of the management business planning (MBP) process through providing guidance on workforce elements

Qualifications
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data in an accurate, engaging and meaningful way to stakeholdersCapability across Excel and other data visualisation tools (for example Power BI)Strong collaboration and communication skills, including proven ability to build relationships and partner across the businessTenacity to act as a self-starter and independently solve problems or identify opportunitiesExcellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in an agile environment
Ideally you will have
A good working knowledge of People processes, for example through previous experience as an HR generalist, workforce management specialist or related role. Experience of having previously managed cyclical workforce processes is particularly beneficial Experience using workforce management tools and Oracle Fusion
