Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workforce Systems Lead to join our client's Workforce and Organisational Development department on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and project management, with experience in implementing and managing end-to-end HR system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in HR systems and project management
  • Lead the implementation and management of HR system deployments
  • Manage and deliver complex projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR teams and business leaders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR systems and project management
  • Strong technical and practical experience in implementing HR systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience working with ESR (Electronic Staff Records)
