We are seeking an experienced Workforce Systems Lead to join our client's Workforce and Organisational Development department on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and project management, with experience in implementing and managing end-to-end HR system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in HR systems
  • Lead the project management of system deployment and implementation
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of an HR system
  • Develop and implement technical and practical solutions for HR system implementation
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals
  • Work with Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system

Requirements:

  • Excellent technical systems knowledge
  • Strong understanding of Change Management, Human Resource Management, and Communication
  • Highly skilled in translating business processes into workflows within systems
  • Able to write reports
