The Role

The Housing and Occupancy Officer will work within the Operations Business Team, working closely with operations and management staff to support the realisation of their strategic objectives across all areas of business.

The main focus of the role will be on managing the occupancy for tenancy-based services and residential care services. The post holder will be responsible for housing management duties where the organisation acts as a Landlord or has delegated housing management duties passed to it by the Landlord.

The people they support are at the centre of everything they do, and the post holder will liaise with tenants to ensure their property meets their requirements and supports them to achieve their goals. The post holder will be required to visit properties periodically to ensure they are compliant with requirements of the contracts and being operated with the people they support at their heart.

The post holder will be a part of the Operations Business Team and will be asked to perform other duties allocated to that team in addition to the main duties of the role.
