Merchandiser & Operations Manager

- Lead and motivate a team of junior merchandisers
A well-established online brand is currently seeking a seasoned merchandiser with prior experience in head office retail merchandising/planning and operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, together with a strong background in supply chain operations and excellent budgeting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop budgets and operating plans aligned with the company's strategy
- Maintain solid relationships with suppliers
- Assist in OTB planning
- Create range plans
- Lead and motivate a team of junior merchandisers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in retail merchandising
- Extensive budgeting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
