Academics are working with a flourishing, 2-form entry Primary School in Chelmsford. The Head Teacher of this school is seeking a passionate Psychology Graduate LSA to join their warm and welcoming Primary School from September on a long-term contract. This role may become a permanent fixture after a period of probation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate LSA who is looking to gain hands-on experience with children who have SEN or Mental Health issues. You will also work closely with trained professionals such as, child psychologists, speech & language therapists and pastoral support, allowing you to gain invaluable insight into the career you may want to progress into.

The Head Teacher is seeking someone who:

  • Is warm and welcoming
  • Can work as part of a team
  • Has excellent communication skills, can use discretion and confidentiality
  • Has experience/knowledge of supporting SEN
  • Have a degree in Psychology or a related subject
