About This Opportunity

NELFT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Eating Disorder Team Manager to join our innovative CAMHS service. This role offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge approaches within a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of CAMHS clinicians and a Consultant Psychiatrist, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care for young people experiencing eating disorders.
  • Champion the THRIVE model, ensuring a collaborative approach involving young people, families, and partner organizations.
  • Provide expert clinical guidance and supervision to team members.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative programs, such as the Intensive Support Programme for eating disorders.

About You

You are a highly motivated and experienced post-graduate qualified psychological practitioner (psychologist, family therapist, child and adolescent psychotherapist) or graduate qualified healthcare professional (nurse, social worker, occupational therapist). You possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care for young people with eating disorders.
