Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide mental health support services to our clients in the community. As a Locum Mental Health Practitioner or Community Wellness Professional, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, offering counseling, and collaborating with our teams to provide comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide counseling and therapy services to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, adhering to confidentiality and data protection protocols
- Participate in crisis intervention and support services, providing timely and effective assistance to clients in need
Requirements:
- Post-graduate diploma in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
- Registration with a professional body, such as the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Significant experience in mental health assessment and intervention, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services
- Previous locum work or experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of community-based mental health services
Benefits:
