Learn more about publicity and rights within publishing at this industry event hosted by Penguin Random House UK.

Join us at our London office to gain insights into the publishing industry, learn about the process of "building a book" and then focus on two different areas of publishing, Publicity & Rights. We'll finish up the day with networking session where you can meet with colleagues from Recruitment, Social Impact and Rights & Publicity.

There will be four sessions across the day, with breaks and lunch provided by us.

This event is for those early in their career, who may not have considered working in publishing before and are keen to learn more. We're focusing on improving access to the industry and encourage those from under-represented groups at Penguin to apply, this is if you're from a lower socio-economic background or Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds. This opportunity is open to those aged above 18.

Tickets will be operating on a first come, first served basis.

You can find further information about our offices and accessibility here. The event will be hosted on the ground floor, and all floors are step free and level, accessible by lift. There is accessible gender-neutral bathrooms on every floor and a dedicated space on the 5th floor for prayer or reflection.

You will have access to seating throughout the event. There are a limited number of accessible parking spaces that are available by prior arrangement. If you are successful in securing a ticket to this event, please email Spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

There is a small curb from the drop-off area to the pavement, which is then level to the front of building. There is a slight difference in pavement height on approaching the front of the building (which is delineated by a slightly different coloured stone).
