We are seeking a Smart Buildings Site Coordinator to join our team at Imperial College London. This crucial role is based in a critical environment, managing and coordinating all maintenance activities across diverse and complex building environments, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Laboratory & Research, Higher Education, Student Accommodation, and Leisure Facilities.
As a Smart Buildings Site Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
Oversee all Reactive Maintenance, Callouts, Planned Maintenance, Statutory Maintenance, and Additional Works.
Work closely with the dedicated Smart Buildings Site Manager, Senior Engineers, Junior Engineers, and Operator.
Maintain constant communication with all stakeholders to ensure job progress is transparently and accurately reported.
Utilise the client's CAFM system to manage job tickets from initiation to completion, ensuring updates are promptly and accurately logged.
What do I need?
Familiarity with CAFM systems (Planon) and a good understanding of BEMS operations.
You work well in a collaborative environment and can effectively coordinate with engineers and managers.
Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.
Clear, effective communication is your forte. You can liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals committed to excellence.
