We are seeking someone who is proactive and self motivated to join Cambridgeshire County Council's high performing Democratic and Members' Services Team managing the Council's governance process.

You will be involved in the efficient and effective servicing of various Council meetings and provide support for elected Members in their role as representatives of the community.

You must have the ability to interpret and explain complex guidance and be confident in providing advice to a range of people. Attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines and manage a varied workload is essential.

Good written skills are an important part of this role so the interview will involve a short written test.
