Our client is a fast growing private equity backed business going through year on year growth on revenue and headcount. They are seeking an HR Advisor to join their high performing HR team.

DescriptionSupport the ER Managers conduct investigations for employee relations matters, including but not limited to conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Responsible for ensuring fair and impartial resolution while upholding company policies and legal regulations.
Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Provide coaching and training to managers on effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee relations best practices.
Stay informed of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee relations activities

ProfileExperience in a similar role
Experience working for a large corporate business
Experience in supporting on ER matters
Experience with supporting on M&A or TUPE is desirable
Ability work in a fast paced and agile environment
