As a Late Shift Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our late shift team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in the evening hours, has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite. The position is initially temporary and ongoing, with a possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the late shift team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Prepare and update reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file management to maintain organised and up-to-date information.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 6:00 PM until finish

Friday: 4:00 PM until finish

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to work late hours, with a positive and proactive attitude.
