As a key member of the Shared Services Partnership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to visitors at Lepe Country Park. Your primary focus will be on providing a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that visitors have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
The role will involve managing the front desk, connecting visitors with park activities and events, and providing information on local attractions and services. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, such as event planning and coordination, and assisting with bookings.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required, and experience in a similar role working with the public is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring that visitors have a smooth and efficient experience.
- Connect visitors with park activities and events, providing information on local attractions and services.
- Assist with event planning and coordination, ensuring that events are well-organized and executed.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a similar role working with the public.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
