Estates Office Administrator x2

For this role we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide an accurate and effective administration service for the Estates Department. You will need to be able to offer the best service possible towards all staff, students and visitors at all times. The ideal candidates will be a confident IT user, have a high standard of English and high levels of accuracy. Organisation, attention to detail and being able to handle multiple tasks at once are vital to succeed in this role. It is also essential to have a desire to learn, and a proactive, helpful and supportive attitude.

The college doesn't hold a sponsorship licence therefore we are not open to candidates who require sponsorship under the points-based system.
Status: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday with flexibility to meet business needs
