Job Summary:

City Centre Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Administrator to join their team on a temporary on-going basis. This is a fast-paced office administration role that requires strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports from various IT systems.
  • Provide regular data and information about various service areas and related contracts.
  • Ensure smooth transitions by communicating with parents/carers/transport companies.

Requirements:

  • College / University education level or previous experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of IT Systems – Windows based applications.
  • Good communication skills – Via telephone, email, and word processing.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and pay attention to detail.
  • Accurate data input.
