Digital Campaign Officer

This is a new and exciting role in a growth area of the business. Working closely with the Digital Campaign Manager and wider Digital Marketing team, this role will assist in the creation and management of our digital media campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a basic understanding of developing digital media campaigns that wants to learn, grow and develop in a fast-paced environment and has an eye for fashion and great creative.

    In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:

  4. Support the Digital Campaign Manager in developing effective digital marketing campaigns
  5. Assist in evolving our approach to campaigns, looking for opportunities to enhance and grow new departments, channels etc.
  6. Support in writing briefs for digital campaign requirements and reviewing content before it goes live
  7. Work closely with our media agency to ensure campaigns are briefed and go live on time
  8. Work with our international teams to tailor any global campaigns for execution in local markets
  9. Build close working relationships with internal and external creative teams to ensure we're building the right assets for our paid media campaigns
  10. Integration with the organic social and fashion comms teams to share briefs and asset management
  11. Work with channel and agency partners to support digital marketing campaigns and activities (Facebook, Twitter, Google etc.) What You'll Bring

  12. 3-4 years' experience in digital marketing
  13. An understanding across performance marketing channels and how campaigns fit into their growth
  14. Understanding of the latest fashion trends and how to market these to consumers
  15. Hunger and drive to work in fashion retail
  16. Commercially focused and able to interpret results (via analytical tools such Google Analytics)
  17. Ability to work to deadlines and in collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders
