About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Optimization Manager to join our team at Montu UK. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for devising and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Work with our marketing team to create and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Optimize Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive continuous growth and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our social media, UX, and product development teams to ensure alignment and optimize customer experience.
  • Manage Digital Marketing Budgets: Oversee and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Forecast Demand Generation: Analyze sales funnel performance and forecast demand generation to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 4+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record of managing digital marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a Dynamic Environment: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
