About the Role

Kinvr Digital is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google PPC Ads across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Google PPC ads in 6 countries, including branded and non-branded campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and grow our presence in new markets.
  • Collaborate with the Web and Marketing teams to create effective ad copy and targeted messaging.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work closely with the Web, Sales, and Amazon teams to align advertising with sales goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or higher) in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Fluent in at least one European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., understanding of digital marketing channels, algorithms, and attribution).
  • Social media advertising experience (TikTok and Meta) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
