About the Role

Kinvr Digital is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and drive the success of our Google PPC Ads. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Google Ads Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns in 6 countries, including branded and non-branded campaigns.
  • Google Shopping Ads: Oversee Google Shopping Ads, ensuring product feeds are always up-to-date and optimized for conversions.
  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Advertising Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI and grow our presence in new markets.
  • Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the Web and Marketing teams to create effective ad copy and targeted messaging.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Alignment with Sales Goals: Work closely with the Web, Sales, and Amazon teams to align advertising with sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (2:1 or higher) in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in at least one European language (French, Spanish, Dutch, German, or Italian preferred).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
  • Digital Marketing Tools: Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., GA/GA4, Adobe, GTM).
  • Understanding of Digital Marketing Channels: Understanding of digital marketing channels, algorithms, and attribution.
  • Social Media Advertising: Social media advertising experience (TikTok and Meta) is a plus.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven Decision-Making Skills: Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Creative and Innovative Thinking: Creative and innovative thinker.
