Administrator

Pertemps are recruiting for a temporary administrator to join a manufacturing company based in Andover. This position is going to be working Monday to Friday from 22nd July for 6 weeks.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving customers' orders via email and entering them onto ERP system (JD Edwards Enterprise One)
  • Checking customers' orders are within their credit limits and if needed processing proforma invoices for customers to pay in advance.
  • Sending customers order acknowledgements via email.
  • Scanning customer order packs and saving onto our drive.
  • Speaking to customers on the phone.
  • Checking warehouse stock levels for customers.
  • Liaising with the warehouse ref despatch of customer orders.
  • Checking despatch of orders from our German factory with me.
  • Printing customer invoices and matching them with order packs.

Requirements:

  • Available immediately.
  • Strong customer service and administration experience.
  • Self sufficient and a team player as you will be working in a small team.
  • Able to commit to the 6week assignment.

The role:

  • Based in Portway Industrial Estate.


Monday
  • Friday, 8.30am 5pm.
- £ £13.00 per hour depending on experience.

  • Weekly pay.
