Independent, family-owned funeral directors S & J Maddocks are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Funeral Administrator. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm.
The funeral administrator role includes answering the telephone, welcoming families into our office, checking emails and voicemails, responding to enquiries and liaising with families, officiants, crematoria etc. Updating records, filing paperwork, preparing invoices, managing payments and preparing the chapel of rest for those wanting to pay their respects to a loved one
