FTE: 0.6fte (22.2 hours a week - 3 days), also open to secondments

Duration of Contract: 12 months fixed term

Salary: UH6 £31,396 pro rata pa - £33,966 pro rata pa with potential to progress to £37,099 pro rata pa by annual increments on achieving designated skills & experience

Annual Leave: 25 pro rata days plus standard public holidays and an additional 4 days including the closure of our office between Christmas and New Year

Location: College Lane Campus, Hatfield – plus some flexible homeworking

Main duties & responsibilities

To support the delivery of the Blute project within the School of Health & Social Work (HSK), maintaining consistency and coordination of the project plan. The post holder will support the operational delivery of Blute project by working with the Blute Team, including project compliance, meeting arrangements, data reporting, billing, purchasing, and project administration. Additionally, the post holder will support the gathering of student and staff feedback against the project aims.

The post holder will be expected to uphold excellent client/customer service standards and adhere to university regulations and policies.

Skills and experience required

Experience of working in an administrative role is essential, as is providing a front-line service to clients/customers. Candidates must have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a good understanding of customer care.

Qualifications required

Educated to level 4 standard or equivalent experience in a professional project management work environment.
