What you'll do

Vodafone's share of the Home Broadband and Converged market is rapidly growing by bringing market innovative, customer orientated propositions that embody our challenger spirit. Working across the full category, and with a specific passion towards fixed customers, our propositions bring together the best of Vodafone's mobile business and market leading fixed propositions.

The scope of the role includes ensuring, by collaborating with the teams and other key stakeholders, the delivery of successful Home Broadband and Fixed wireless products. The role will deliver strategically focussed enhancements, as well as the creation of new functionality for Vodafone's Broadband services. This will primarily be by working across multiple teams to ensure setting, prioritisation, and evaluation of new features to meet the requirements of our customer base but also the rapid growth of home broadband.

The role will include supporting defining and executing the product roadmap, writing feature and user stories, defining project success metrics and KPIs. This role offers a rare opportunity to lead on key projects and products across the Home Broadband and Fixed & Converged business. You will ensure product development needs are met, execution is conducted on time and to a high standard.

Working closely with the Product Owner, you will champion customer obsession, best product practices, and help define the next generation of broadband and converged products all whilst retaining a balanced view on what can be delivered effectively and on-time.

Who you are

  • Experience of working as a Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Experience of defining Minimum Viable Products and making data-oriented decisions.
  • Expert understanding of the product development and launch lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of eCommerce front ends and the interfaces with backend information systems.
  • Understanding of Mobile, FTTC and FTTP broadband products.
  • Understanding of VoIP service.
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation and management of resources across the organisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, supplier management and influencing skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Creative thinker with a vision.
  • Passion for detail.
  • Experience in Agile methodology.
