Working alongside the Sales and Design Director, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a stable business. You will have strong organisation and analytical skills with a proactive approach to work. They are looking for someone who is driven, a team player and enthusiastic.

This role will suit someone with previous experience in a similar Sales Admin or Buying Admin role, seeking a new challenge with the chance to learn a lot and progress. Based in Central London offices with hybrid working.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Sales and Design Director.
  • Manage and responsible for sending samples, swatches and any other information required out to customers.
  • Assisting in the preparation of on-site customer meetings.
  • Critical path management, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordination of customer requirements and deadlines to help advise sampling priorities.
  • Daily sample chasing working with internal teams and external factories
  • Raise Sales orders and order confirmation sheets to be passed to merchandising team/factories and customers.

Person specifications:

  • 1 years' experience in a similar role, ideally working with Primark.
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn.
  • Must be very organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise.
  • Good attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
  • IT literate with excel knowledge.
  • A hands-on can-do attitude, someone who is hard working and positive.
