We are collaborating with a well-established Tour Operator seeking an Inside Sales & Admin Executive to support their Sales leadership team from their Central London office.

Your Role:

  • Act as the primary administrative liaison between the Sales Head, Business Development team, and essential partners.
  • Assist the Sales Head with scheduling, communication, and various administrative duties.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including drafting agendas, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Help prepare and distribute sales reports, performance metrics, and trading analyses for the Business Development team.
  • Engage with key partners and consortia, providing trading analysis, override reports, and support for marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate B2B travel agent and B2C consumer events.
  • Plan and manage travel agent familiarization trips.
  • Enhance brand visibility across key partner accounts, serving as a key contact for daily sales operations.
  • Foster relationships and drive growth with significant B2B accounts through regular communication and insightful updates based on Salesforce data.
  • Work with sales leadership to fulfill agreed commercial terms.
  • Communicate and assess ROI on joint marketing initiatives with key partners.
  • Support the broader sales team to maximize resources for achieving overall objectives.
  • Ensure effective use of marketing materials to enhance brand presence in key B2B account agencies.
  • Streamline inside sales processes for optimal efficiency across the division.
  • Organize and assist in generating weekly and monthly reports for the internal sales team to ensure they are equipped to meet their goals.

About You:

  • A detail-oriented, dynamic, and results-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in sales support and administrative roles.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the travel industry, with a preference for B2B exposure.
  • Ability to support account management and collaborate effectively with remote teams.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of company culture and values.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing diverse responsibilities.
  • Experience in organizing events is advantageous.
  • Capable of delivering comprehensive and insightful reports to broader teams.
  • Confident problem-solver with the ability to communicate effectively with key accounts.
  • Adept at identifying issues and their root causes, utilizing feedback to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation capabilities.
  • Honest and straightforward in dealings, accountable for actions, and committed to maintaining confidentiality and supporting core values.
  • Adaptable to change, encouraging innovation and handling pressure while managing conflicts effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel), Salesforce, and various web applications.
  • Willingness to adjust working hours as needed for event organization.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £30,000.
  • Hybrid working model – 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.
