Leading the Food Safety and Product Safety team, enabling and supporting the business to effectively manage operational food safety and hygiene risks and requirements and product safety due diligence through the supply chain. A food retailer would also be advantageous.You will be a senior manager with a strong operational food safety background with a track record of managing food safety across a large national retail/foodservice or distribution business.
