About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Nationwide Safety Management Ltd, a leading M&E contractor. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical installations, repairs, and testing services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical installations, repairs, and testing services to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnose electrical issues to ensure effective repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Use technology to log jobs, complete online learning, and collaborate with colleagues.
Requirements
  • City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.
  • Qualified to 18th edition IET wiring regulations.
  • Electrical inspection and testing 2391 and AM2 or equivalent.
  • Experience in electrical repairs, installation, testing, and inspection.
  • Fault finding experience and excellent knowledge to ensure electrical faults are diagnosed and repaired effectively.
  • A flexible approach, able to use your own initiative and judgement.
  • JIB/ECS Gold card (desirable but not essential).
  • A full current driving license, as you will be provided with a company van for business use and commuting.
Working Hours and Location

Main working hours are Monday to Friday with possibility of overtime. Our main central office base is in Leeds, and the wider team covers nationwide.
