Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent organisational skills? Do you have a background in electrical work and thrive in a busy environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you Our client's company is currently seeking a part-time Administrator to join the team in Newton Abbot.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team of electrical professionals. You will be based in our Newton Abbot office, where you will work closely with staff to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

The role will include the following;

Welcome any visitors into the office.
Answering the telephone and fielding calls to the team members.
Book hotels for engineers through our premier inn account.
Deal emails that come into the admin email address, saving documents onto our server where required.
Save engineers time sheets into relevant folders for processing.
Record vehicle data onto spreadsheets.
Review engineers' audits, pass on actions where required.
Book vans in for service and repairs
Review engineers training records and provide information to directors regarding training that due.
Produce management monthly expense reports.
Setup new projects and our standard ISO documents.
Maintain project and quotations register

Experience of Microsoft office, including Outlook, Word and Excel is desired.
