Overtime Compensation:

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 08:00-17:00

Overview:
As a Correctional Facility Security Officer, you will collaborate with the prison service, supporting our client responsible for the upkeep of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be an integral part of the security team, tasked with escorting and supervising contractors such as carpenters, plumbers, and electricians while they perform maintenance duties.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Verifying the identification of contractors
  • Ensuring contractors are informed of security protocols
  • Managing the check-in and check-out process for contractors
  • Escorting contractors to their designated work areas within the facility
  • Monitoring contractors during their work (it is essential to remain with the contractors at all times)
  • Ensuring all contractor tools are accounted for before they leave the work area
  • Utilizing communication devices to request authorization for contractor movements within the facility

Candidate Requirements:
  • Ability to successfully pass security vetting, which includes providing references, undergoing security police checks, and presenting photo identification
