The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel, providing a visible deterrent, and completing reports as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees
- Provide a visible deterrent within the store
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Work as part of a team to fulfill customer requirements
- Deal with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgment, and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- A valid SIA license
- A full five-year checkable employment history
