Job Title: Accommodation Office Team Leader

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting site supervisors with the day-to-day management of a large team. Your primary goal will be to ensure that daily production targets are achieved and production time is maximized at the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist site supervisors with team management and daily operations
  • Manage and maintain shift logs and provide daily feedback on performance to teams
  • Assist with employee inductions, briefings, and training
  • Conduct waste acceptance checks and rejections as required
  • Ensure segregation of recyclable materials and maintain a safe working environment
  • Manage housekeeping activities and ensure compliance with safe systems of work and company policies
  • Promote a culture of health and safety and ensure compliance with legal duties
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and ensure all work equipment is used and maintained safely

A flexible approach to work will be advantageous, as you may be expected to work overtime as required. You will either already hold or be expected to achieve the ISOH Managing Safely Qualification, hold mobile plant licenses, and be computer literate. Experience in Waste Management, Risk Assessment, and Health and Safety are desirable.
