Role Responsibilities:
The Client Relations Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting this busy and growing criminal law firm. You will assist the Legal Advisors and other team members with their daily tasks, engage with clients over the phone, and address their inquiries, in addition to performing general administrative duties.
It is important to note that you will not be required to provide legal advice; however, you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to empathize with clients when necessary.
Key Duties Include:
- Assisting Legal Advisors in building strong relationships with clients.
- Processing payments and coordinating with the Accounts department.
- Undertaking various administrative tasks as requested by Legal Advisors.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Proficient word-processing and typing abilities.
- Competent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
This position is ideal for someone who has experience in providing telephone support to clients and customers. While prior experience in the legal sector is not mandatory, a genuine interest in criminal law will provide valuable exposure to the field and an opportunity to learn from a highly supportive team.
