As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure we deliver a guest experience of the highest calibre.

Alongside the Food & Beverage Manager, you will also work closely with all other hotel departments and central support functions to ensure the overall success of the business.

Given the remote location of this role, we can offer staff accommodation for those who require it – rates to be discussed during the interview process.

Key requirements for this role: Previous experience in a similar role.A passion for hospitality and a drive to grow and develop yourself. Fantastic communication skills.
