Speech & Language Specialist - Oldham

Details of the Role:

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in Early Years on behalf of a school in Oldham. Starting in March, this role is full-time and lasting until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of extending beyond that.

You would be focused in Early Years, with split responsibilities. Sharing responsibility with another staff member, your time will be split between working generally within the EYFS classroom, and supporting a non-verbal child with Speech and Language Difficulties. There is no challenging behaviour, but knowledge of PECS and Wellcomm would be advantageous. Good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is essential. The expected salary is between per day depending on experience.

Have school-based experience in an EYFS setting

Have SEND experience
