Job Description:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support the warehouse team and help maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information into the warehouse management system.
- Inventory Management: Assist with tracking and managing inventory levels.
- Order Processing: Handle the administration of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring all documentation is correctly processed.
- Customer Service: Respond to internal and external inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Reporting: Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse activities.
- Communication: Liaise with other departments to coordinate and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- General Administration: Perform other administrative duties as required to support the warehouse team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- IT Proficiency: Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
