H Mart Group was originally founded in 1982 in Woodside, Queen. After a successful expansion over decades. H Mart is the largest Asian American supermarket chain, operating over 90 stores in North America as well as New Malden store in London.

**The Role and day to day duties**
- Preparing shipping documents, such as packing lists.
- Maintain and update order records.
- Provide order status information to customers.
- Stock-taking.
- General Admin duties.
- Comply with all company policies.

**Essential requirements**
- Korean speaker preferable but not essential.
- Good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communications and time management skills
- Teamwork and collaboration across departments
- High attention to detail and good level of numeracy
- Flexible working approach may be required
