Job description: Are you an experienced Administrator? We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Warehouse Admin inbound specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory in our warehouse.

Ideal skills and experience:      

Strong organizational skills
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Possess fundamental computer skills

Key responsibilities:

Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
Ability to investigate orders with certain carriers
Unpacking and organizing inventory in designated storage areas
Recording and maintaining accurate inventory records
Coordinating with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow
Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment

Hours of work:             Monday to Friday 2pm-10pm
