The Role:

Are you a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for optimising learning experiences?

As an LMS Manager, you will oversee the management and optimisation of our Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure effective and engaging learning experiences. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, content curation, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Learner Experience: Foster engagement by creating tailored experiences and learning pathways within the LMS using strong visual design, and enhancing the UX and user navigation. Feature Implementation: Lead the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of LMS feature implementation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines. Ensuring change management strategies are utilised to facilitate smooth transitions, providing support and training to promote user adoption and engagement. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct audits, and maintain data accuracy within the LMS. Supplier Management: Collaborate with external suppliers to procure and maintain learning content, tools, and services. Integration Management: Manage and update integrations and APIs with other systems, such as HRIS. Power User Training and Support: Provide training and support to power users, ensuring consistency within the system. Content Curation: Organise and curate learning content for easy access and relevance. Process Improvement: Identify and implement system enhancements to improve processes. Location: Based in Nuneaton, this role operates under a hybrid model with 2-3 days a week on-site, supporting flexibility and productivity.

The Person:

Experience managing an LMS for a global business (Docebo is highly desirable) Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with APIs, including implementation and maintenance Ability to analyse data and reports for improvement purposes. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Highly motivated with a proactive attitude. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. Creative problem-solving skills. What we offer:
