Role Overview:
As the HR Systems Consultant, you will be instrumental in the upkeep and enhancement of our client's HR technology solutions, with a particular emphasis on the Success Factors modules related to Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, and Learning Management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with external application support teams to oversee system configurations, manage role-based access, ensure data accuracy, and facilitate software updates.
  2. Assisting Product Owners in devising solutions for system-related issues, gathering user requirements, and researching best practices within the SAP Success Factors ecosystem.
  3. Coordinating and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Regression Testing for system modifications and bug fixes.
  4. Taking charge of designated projects, managing your workload effectively, and fostering collaborative relationships to enhance user satisfaction.
  5. Working alongside the HR Systems team on various HR initiatives and providing assistance as needed.
  6. Delivering training sessions and updates to promote effective system utilization and empower users.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Extensive experience in administering Success Factors systems, particularly in modules such as Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals, and Talent Management.
  • A strong understanding of HR best practices within the SAP Success Factors framework and a proactive approach to applying this knowledge in HR operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous but not essential.
