We are currently in search of an HR Systems Specialist to join our client's team in either Warwick or London. In this role, you will be instrumental in the upkeep and enhancement of our client's HR applications, with a particular emphasis on the Success Factors Performance & Goals, Succession, and Learning modules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary technical expert and enterprise administrator for the Success Factors system, ensuring alignment with the organisation's global business objectives.

- Collaborate with external application support teams to oversee system configuration, role-based access, data integrity, and software releases.

- Assist Product Owners in devising solutions to system-related challenges, gathering user requirements, researching technical methodologies, and remaining informed about best practices within the SAP Success Factors community.

- Organise and conduct User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing for system modifications and bug fixes.

- Take charge of assigned projects, managing your workload effectively while fostering collaborative relationships to enhance user experience.

- Work alongside the HR Systems team on various HR initiatives and provide support as needed.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide updates to ensure optimal system usage and empower users.
- Actively participate in cross-functional teams to address complex issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Qualifications:

- Significant experience in administering Success Factors systems, with proficiency in modules such as Learning Management System (LMS), Performance and Goals, and Talent.

- In-depth understanding of HR SAP Success Factors best practices and a proactive approach to applying this knowledge in HR functions. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage uncertainty effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to engage with stakeholders across all levels.
- Previous experience in a matrix organisation collaborating with cross-functional teams.
