Job Title: HR Systems Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Lead to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As a key member of our centralised business applications services team, you will be responsible for owning the technical roadmap and portfolio of initiatives centred around the global HR function's core HR system, SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner directly with the global HR function and its leaders to scope current usage, assess gaps, and gather requirements.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities to implement new modules within SuccessFactors and maximise the use of current services.
- Coordinate the delivery and implementation of technical solutions with 3rd party technical partners.
- Owning and maintaining the relationship with the 3rd party directly.
Requirements:
- Strong experience and understanding of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience of working directly with 3rd party technical partners.
- Technically minded by nature.
