Job Description

La Fosse Associates Limited is seeking a highly skilled HRIS Systems Lead to join their team. As a key member of the People Team, this individual will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR system that meets the needs of the organization.

This is a permanent role that requires occasional travel to the office. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Applications and work closely with the HR/People Team and other key stakeholders to deliver a functional HR system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide thought leadership and design insight for the SuccessFactors system, specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding.
  • Integrate SuccessFactors modules while managing BAU activities.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the People Team, offering insight into how they can use SuccessFactors to streamline their roles and improve employee onboarding.
  • Develop a clear roadmap from inception to delivery for the HR system.
  • Support ongoing development aligned with business requirements.
  • Plan and execute short, medium, and long-term product roadmap for SuccessFactors.
  • Manage a team of 3 who will also be working on improving the HR Systems for the organization.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience of implementing/improving SAP SuccessFactors (strategic and delivery).
  • Experience of defining HR life cycle process system support from implementation to adoption/enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes and their integration with technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of best practices in HR technology and system administration.
  • Experience working on projects and understanding project management methodologies.
  • Previous experience managing a small team.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
