HR Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Salary: £32,500 Pro Rata (30 hours per week)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM

Brook Street is seeking a dedicated Administrator to provide maternity cover for our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the Time and Attendance system comprehensively
  • Previous experience in Human Resources is essential
  • CIPD Level 3 - 5 qualification required
  • Ensuring completion of Right to Work documentation
  • Generating reports on absences and EMEA KPIs
  • Assisting various departments with miscellaneous administrative tasks
  • Managing internal systems (ADP support with full training provided)
  • Coordinating timesheets for agencies
  • Handling payroll with comprehensive training and support from the finance manager
  • Administering pension schemes
  • Managing Employee Assistance Program benefits
  • Organizing monthly company lunches
  • Planning employee events throughout the year
  • Conducting employee inductions
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Supporting and facilitating disciplinary and grievance procedures
