We are excited to collaborate with a well-established family business in Moreton-in-Marsh seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis.

The role involves supporting the office operations alongside a small, dynamic team.

The Procurement Administrator position requires 2/3 days a week commitment for a temporary contract lasting 6 -12 weeks.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow up on orders and PO numbers
  • Arrange transportation bookings
  • Assist the Procurement Team with general administrative tasks
  • Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone and email

Desired qualifications:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Background in procurement is advantageous but not mandatory
