We are excited to collaborate with a well-established family business in Moreton-in-Marsh seeking an Administrator to join their team on a temporary, part-time basis.
The Procurement Administrator position requires 2/3 days a week commitment for a temporary contract lasting 6 -12 weeks.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Follow up on orders and PO numbers
- Arrange transportation bookings
- Assist the Procurement Team with general administrative tasks
- Communicate with clients and suppliers via phone and email
Desired qualifications:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Background in procurement is advantageous but not mandatory
