Novax Recruitment Ltd is currently in search of a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator. This position is a full-time contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR and data management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of applications and onboarding procedures.
- Assist with pre-employment verification and background checks, managing all related administrative tasks.
- Generate offer letters and communications, ensuring candidates are kept informed throughout the recruitment journey.
- Conduct data entry and migration, supporting the generation of reports through HR and resourcing systems.
- Perform general administrative duties to assist the Talent Acquisition & Resourcing team as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within a recruitment or HR context.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases, including applicant tracking systems.
