Family Engagement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the friendly Marketing and Admissions department whilst working closely with academic and support teams across the school. The successful candidate will coordinate an engagement plan for the parents and families of current pupils, designed to foster a strong sense of community, enhance communication and nurture families through their RHS journey, to optimise the continuation rate of pupils through the school.

The role holder will possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively foster strong professional relationships, will have meticulous organisation and time keeping and show a commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision making. Previous marketing and admissions experience is not essential; however we do require experience of successfully devising and delivering an operational plan in a customer-facing role.
