Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of person-centred plans that meet the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support.
  • Work collaboratively with the Me Time team to ensure a high-quality service that is responsive to the needs of our service users.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families, and the wider community.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, service users, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects that promote social inclusion and community engagement.
