Responsibilities:
  • In this role, you'll manage power purchase agreements (PPAs), ensuring all contractual obligations are met efficiently and profitably.
  • You'll support large tender negotiations, analyse and enhance contract terms, and develop new models and IT solutions to streamline operations.
  • Collaborating with the PPA Settlement & Origination teams, Finance, and Wholesale Market Services, you'll help launch new PPA products and identify process improvements.
  • As a PPA expert, you'll guide and train team members, working closely with internal teams (Pricing, Finance, Legal, and Regulation) and external stakeholders to ensure successful contract delivery and compliance.
  • You'll drive innovation, optimise business processes, and assist in setting team objectives to achieve our strategic goals.

Your Profile:
  • You are a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong numerical skills. Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and SQL would be a great advantage but not essential. You have a solid understanding of contractual terms and conditions and can translate them into practical operational requirements.
  • With excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you can work effectively across various teams and influence positive change.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, are highly organised, and excel at multitasking and time management. With a passion for renewable energy and committed to driving efficiencies and improvements.
  • As a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, you're dedicated to creating great customer and employee experiences.
  • Your knowledge of the PPA (desirable) market and industry settlement codes, coupled with your commitment to health, safety, and sustainability, will make you a valuable asset to our team.
