Our client, a prestigious London University, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join them as a temporary Trials Administrative Assistant.

The position is 35 hours per week, for 3 months in the first instance. The role offers hybrid-working, with 3 days per week based on-site in Central London and the rest remote.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

Providing administrative assistance and support to the Clinical Trials Unit, including the production of documentation for the unit e.g. online content, forms, training materials etc.Being the first point of contact for enquiries to the team, providing a customer-focused service to a variety of stakeholders.Supporting relevant team meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, note and minute-taking.Maintaining accurate data and documentation.Supporting the Head of Operations with administration, taking responsibility for projects and tasks as directed.
To be considered for this position, you should possess: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a higher education setting.Demonstrable, strong experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.Excellent communication and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in using various IT systems.
Ability to work proactively and independently. The position aims to start as soon as possible, requiring candidates to be available immediately or have a short notice period to be considered.
